- Sucral 4 oz
- Flour 6 oz
- Egg 4
- 4 oz Sugar = 240 Calories
- 4 oz Sucral = 0 Calorie
- Baking powder 2 tbsp
- Cocoa powder 4 tbsp
Sieve the mentioned amount of flour, baking powder and cocoa powder.
Separate the egg white and yolks, stirring the egg whites until their texture becomes frothy (Keep aside). Mix Sucral with the egg yolks until it becomes creamy adding the egg white mix and flour mix.
Stir all the ingredients until they have been thoroughly mixed.
Pour in 8 inch deep prepared pan and bake at 180 degrees for 30min.
Let the cake cool down at room temperature and serve with your choice of favorite drink.
