- Sucral 4 tbsp
- Milk 1 liter
- Rice flour 3 tbsp
- Cardamom 5-6 (grinded)
- Khoya 1/2 cup
- Almonds, Pistachws and Silver Virk
Pour milk and rice flour into a deep pan and mix thoroughly, leaving to boil on a medium flame.
Stir until the milk takes a thicker form, and proceed to add 4 tablespoons of Sucral and Cardamom Powder to taste.
Add khoya onto mixture and sprinkle saffron, stirring and mixing thoroughly.
Garnish with grated pistachios and almonds. Leave to cool in the fridge for about 2 hours, and serve chilled.
