RECIPE INGREDIENTS
- Sucral 4 tbsp
- Bread 6-8 slices Milk 1 liter
- Cardamom 3-4
- Khoya 1/2 cup
- Milk Powder 2 tbsp
- Cooking Oil
- Almonds, Pistachio & Silver Virk
Preparation
Heat milk in a saucepan until it comes to a boil.
Add Sucral, Cardamom, and Saffron until milk thickens well.
Mix and remove from the stove.
Proceed to heat oil in a frying pan until oil is hot enough for frying.
Add bread slices onto the pan and fry until they become golden brown on both sides.
Presentation

Arrange the fried bread slices in a deep pan or deep tray. Pour milk mixture over the bread slices.
Garnish with khoya, pistachios and almonds and serve.
